FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

USING YOUR BLISSLETS

How do I wear Blisslets?

Wear one Blisslet on each wrist with the pressure bead positioned over the P6 point. To find the P6 point, place three fingers below your wrist crease. The point is located between the two central tendons. Position the bead over this point with gentle pressure against the skin.

Do I need to wear both bracelets?

Yes. Blisslets are designed to be worn as a pair, with one bracelet applying pressure to the P6 point on each wrist.

When should I put them on?

For best results, put your Blisslets on before you expect nausea to begin—for example, before traveling or another known nausea trigger. They can also be worn after symptoms begin.

How long can I wear them?

Blisslets can be worn for as long as they remain comfortable. If you experience discomfort, irritation, numbness or swelling, remove them.

How quickly do Blisslets work?

Everyone responds differently. Some people notice relief within minutes, while others may need more time. For best results, make sure the pressure bead is positioned correctly over the P6 point on each wrist.

SIZING & FIT

How do I choose my size?

Measure around your wrist roughly three-fingers away from your palm. Blisslets should fit snugly enough to keep the pressure bead in place without feeling uncomfortably tight. Use our Find Your Size guide for measurements and a printable ruler.

How should Blisslets fit?

Blisslets should fit snugly against your wrist so the pressure bead stays positioned over the P6 point, but they shouldn't feel uncomfortably tight. If the bracelet slides around easily or the bead won't stay in place, you may need a smaller size.

Can children wear Blisslets?

Blisslets may fit some older children depending on wrist size. Measure the child's wrist and use our sizing guide to determine whether a secure, comfortable fit is possible. Blisslets contain small parts and should not be used by children under 3. Children should use Blisslets with adult supervision.

MATERIALS & SAFETY

What are Blisslets made from?

Blisslets are made from a variety of materials depending on the style, including elastic, beads and decorative components. Materials may vary by collection or design. Please see the individual product page for details specific to your Blisslets.

Do Blisslets contain latex?

Most Blisslets contain natural rubber latex in the elastic. We also offer select latex-free options - the Hope and Joy styles. If you have a latex allergy or sensitivity, please check the individual product description before purchasing or contact us for help choosing an appropriate style.

Are there any precautions I should know about?

Blisslets should feel snug but comfortable. Remove them if you experience pain, swelling, numbness, skin irritation or changes in circulation. If you have a medical condition that affects sensation or circulation in your hands or wrists, talk with your healthcare provider before using acupressure wristbands.

Blisslets contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3. Blisslets are designed to help manage nausea symptoms and are not a substitute for medical care or treatment of an underlying condition.

ABOUT BLISSLETS

How are Blisslets different from other acupressure bands?

Blisslets work on the same P6 acupressure principle as traditional nausea wristbands, but they're designed to look and feel like jewelry. Instead of a bulky, conspicuous wristband, Blisslets use discreet pressure beads incorporated into bracelet designs you can mix, match and wear throughout your day.

Each set includes two bracelets because P6 acupressure is applied to both wrists.

Can I wear Blisslets even when I'm not nauseous?

Absolutely. Blisslets are designed to be worn like everyday bracelets, so you can put them on before a known nausea trigger and continue wearing them throughout your day. Just make sure they remain comfortable and the pressure beads are positioned correctly over your P6 points.
