Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Blisslets. If your order isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges, including expedited shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help with an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us before sending your Blisslets back so we can help coordinate your exchange and make sure the item you’d like is available.
Purchased Somewhere Else?
If you purchased your Blisslets through Amazon or another retailer, your return or exchange will need to be handled through the retailer where the purchase was made. Their return policies may differ from ours.
