Blisslets use gentle pressure on the P6 (Neiguan) acupressure point on each wrist, a point commonly used to help manage nausea.

Wear one Blisslet on each wrist, with the pressure bead positioned over the P6 point. Position the pressure bead three finger-widths below the wrist crease, between the two central tendons

Blisslets are made with soft, stretchy elastic designed for comfortable everyday wear. They can get wet and dry quickly. Hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. These styles are made without latex.
